Terms of Industrial Engagement

By engaging with Taj Al-Mamlaka asset rental services, you explicitly agree to the following operational parameters:

RENTAL PARAMETERS

All machinery and assets must be operated strictly according to certified technical manuals and solely for the specific industrial tasks defined in the authorization request.

OPERATIONAL LIABILITY

The client assumes full strategic and physical responsibility for the asset's integrity during the mobilization period, including liabilities for unauthorized use or operator negligence.
